Domus Residential Services, a Spanish integrated management platform focused on the residential market since 2013, expands its business line in Andalusia thanks to the opening of a new headquarters. The new office is located in Seville, a strategic city that is a ‘bridge’ between western Andalusia and the rest of Spain, and has a project of more than 1,250 homes being marketed in such important locations as the capital of Seville.
The areas managed by the platform are quiet municipalities, but well connected to the urban core of Seville, thus allowing the connection between residential areas ideal for living and the work and leisure opportunities offered by the Andalusian capital. This is the case of Entrenúcleos, a booming urban development area located between the city of Seville and the center of Dos Hermanas, and one of the most important areas of real estate expansion in Spain. Both the municipality of Bormujos and Dos Hermanas are also two municipalities where quality of life prevails thanks to their proximity to the city of Seville (just 20 minutes by car), and because they are located close to academic and health centers and green areas.
In the words of Jorge Pérez-Curto, CEO and founder of Domus RS, ”the opening of the office in Seville is a strategic action that will act as a spearhead in the south of Spain, but always focused on the global strategy of the company”. In addition, regarding the recent opening of the company in the rest of the Iberian Peninsula, he adds: ”Domus RS is in the process of geographical expansion and customer acquisition, the company’s objective is its consolidation in the market, and within this objective Andalusia plays a fundamental role.
Recently, Domus RS has expanded its line of business in Lisbon (opening of a Capital Markets branch) and also in Catalonia (thanks to the start-up of the marketing of five new developments in this community). In this way, the company promises to continue working on Asset Management (with a strategic and operational focus based on trading), Corporate and Investment, and Consulting and Research, for its part. However, it will not lose sight of another major premise underpinning its business base: strengthening its workforce.
Aware of the importance of attracting talent as the backbone of the company, the platform has a large and recently expanded team of multidisciplinary professionals. Today, more than 50 people make up a multidisciplinary professional team that intends to continue growing. In this way, the company continues to work on its specialization to distinguish itself as the great alternative to comprehensively address any residential project.
