DOMUS RS will treat your data only with the purpose of providing you with information about the consultation or claim made.
DOMUS RS will process your data only for the purpose of evaluating the suitability of your application for a job in the firm, as well as for the proper development and monitoring of their recruitment processes. The legitimate basis for the processing of your data is your consent.
DOMUS RS will not communicate the collected data to third parties, except to competent judicial and public authorities, when it is strictly due to a legal obligation, in the context of investigations, or upon authorization by the User. In addition, as a company of Grupo Hipoges Iberia S.L., it may process this data for the same purpose as those collected.
The data will be kept for as long as they are necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, provided that you do not exercise your right of deletion beforehand. We will keep your personal data, with the required security measures and blocked in a pseudonymized form. Once these periods of time have expired, we will keep them duly blocked for the period of limitation of any liability that may arise as a result of the processing, making them available only to the competent public administrations, judges and courts.
