Hipoges, through its company specialized in the management, development and marketing of real estate projects and portfolios, Domus Residential Services has managed to sell an asset belonging to SAREB, the historic Albufereta Hotel in Alicante.
This is an asset of special uniqueness and complexity since, at the time, the construction works had to be stopped. Finally, and after a successful process, the iconic hotel has been sold to a company that will be in charge of completing the project.
The operation was carried out thanks to the Capital Markets team of Domus RS, an action led by the Domus RS team. A success managed by the Capital Markets area of Domus RS

The company is having a ”sweet” year with more than 1.8 billion euros in residential business under management
The SAREB project is, according to the company’s Capital Markets team, a challenge for the performance of Hipoges, and therefore for Domus RS, which expects to close the year with a turnover of approximately 15 million euros in this area.
The reasons behind this type of action are, on the one hand, the extensive professional experience in asset management and, on the other hand, the extensive knowledge of the market. With respect to the latter, Juan Miguel Alonso Carbonell adds ”this allows us to have an effective vision, both in prime and decentralized areas.
The marketing company, in which Hipoges has a stake, currently provides the residential commercial sector with four main services: Residential, Asset Management, all processes related to Consulting and Research, and Capital Markets. In particular, the latter handles the sale and purchase of real estate, debt and financing, debt and equity solutions and, lastly, the so-called Sell side & Buy side.
Domus RS began 2023 by tripling its turnover, with more than 70 new developments underway and 1.3 billion euros under management thanks to its asset portfolio and volume of projects.
Today, with more than 90 real estate projects underway and accumulating more than 1.8 billion euros under management, the company plans to increase its size with an injection of an additional 1 billion euros in assets under management.
