Domus Residential Services arrives in Seville. The Hipoges-owned residential marketing, development and project management company expands its business line in Andalusia with the opening of a new headquarters in Seville. The company has a project of more than 1,250 homes being marketed in different parts of the capital city of Seville. Domus RS, with offices in some of the main cities in Spain and also in the Portuguese Algarve and Lisbon, will now market projects in cities such as Seville, Cadiz, Huelva and Cordoba.
At present, the projects and works that the company manages in Seville are essentially concentrated in the urban center of the capital and the municipalities of Dos Hermanas and Bormujos. “The opening of the Seville office is a strategic action that will act as a spearhead in the south of Spain, but always focused on the company’s global strategy,” says Jorge Perez-Curto, CEO and founder of Domus RS, who adds “Domus RS is in the process of geographical expansion and customer acquisition, the company’s goal is its consolidation in the market, and within this objective Andalusia plays a key role”.
