Domus RS, specialized in the management, development and marketing of real estate projects and portfolios, has recently appointed Juan Miguel Alonso , an executive from Alicante, as Deputy Director to lead the Business Development division within Domus. This distinction is carried out with the aim of strengthening and boosting the growth of the organization, which has offices in Galicia, Madrid, Valencia, Castilla la Mancha, Asturias, the Basque Country, Andalusia and Lisbon.
Following the acquisition of Domus RS in 2021 and its integration with the group Hipogesalso dedicated to the management of real estate assets, the Spanish company has been immersed in a period of exponential growth that has allowed it to provide its clients with a catalog of complementary services to those already provided to its clients.
In view of this growth, and in order to further strengthen and motivate Domus’ growth, the company has added Juan Miguel Alonso to its team as associate director to lead the Business Development division. “Joining Juan Miguel at Domus is a huge boost to the project, as well as to Hipoges’ commitment to the development and growth of the company,” says Jorge Pérez-Curto, CEO of Domus RS. Among his main functions, the executive from Alicante will be responsible for coordinating and increasing the presence of Domus in all its transactions, as well as providing Asset Management support in them.
Since joining Hipoges in 2017, Juan Miguel Alonso has performed different functions within the operations area, mainly focused on Asset Management, where he has participated and led the management of different portfolios in the Corporate Loans department for different clients. “All this extensive experience, as well as his knowledge of the business and the company, make Juan Miguel the ideal person to lead the development of the Domus business originating in Hipoges,” adds the CEO of Domus RS.
