Hipoges closed this Thursday the transaction of a leasehold property with the Community of Madrid, specifically an asset located in Corazón de María, an area in the Chamartín district.
According to the company, after analyzing the possibilities that the asset had, it was decided to carry out a leasing strategy to sell at a profit, and within two months “two different leasing offers were received that were in line with expectations”.
Finally, Hipoges backed the offer promoted by the Community of Madrid, which aims to create a public health center. This is a success story signed on March 31, with the collaboration of Domus Residential Services, a company that markets, develops and manages residential real estate projects.
The Head of Real Estate Sales at Hipoges, Marco Sales, underlined that “this is a clear example of the added value we bring to our clients. We have sought solutions to maximize the value of the asset”.
He added that “we are proud to contribute with this operation to complement the public health services of the Chamartín district”.
