In the Analysis phase, the tasks inherent to the valuation of residential portfolios are carried out, but the residential portfolios are also segmented and analyzed. In addition, the portfolios of the different commercial assets are designed and structured and, finally, marketing strategies for these portfolios are implemented.

Consulting services include market research, as well as the identification of the product’s potential public (target). In addition, the suitability of the surface program is validated and the most appropriate prices for that product or unit are determined.

Finally, Marketing and after-sales services include the steps related to marketing itself, as well as advertising and after-sales tasks. This is a set of tasks that include direct marketing actions and the printing of materials and merchandising, but also everything related to the media plan, coordination with the different sales teams throughout the ”Domus RS geography”. In addition, this step or block would also include the roles of signing reservations or contracts, the supervision and delivery of the units or, among others, the support in relation to the deeds of each unit delivered.
