DOMUS RS, a company specialized in the management, development, and commercialization of real estate projects and portfolios, launched its 2025–2027 strategic plan earlier this year.
This plan follows three consecutive years of strong growth after Hipoges acquired a majority stake in the company in 2021.
By the end of 2024, DOMUS RS had 77 developments on the market, managing a portfolio of 14,500 assets with a total value of €1.7 billion.
Now, under this new strategic roadmap, DOMUS RS expects to close 2025 with over 100 developments, managing more than 18,000 assets, and a portfolio value between €2.5 and €3 billion, explains DOMUS RS CEO, Jorge Pérez-Curto, to Expansión (click here to read the full article).
The company’s future growth will focus on strengthening its position with existing clients in new-build developments, exploring opportunities in projects in the southeast of Madrid, and in other high-potential areas such as northern Spain for second homes. It is also considering inorganic growth “if a complementary opportunity arises.” (Expansión)
Specifically, the strategic plan now in place has three pillars. The first is consolidation and sustainable growth. DOMUS RS aims to establish itself in the market and continue its growth trajectory, but in a sustainable manner. To achieve this, it seeks to strengthen its leadership in the commercialization and management of new-build portfolios in Spain, increasing its activity in Madrid, Barcelona, and Málaga.
The second pillar is diversification and entry into new markets.
Recently, the company has replicated its business model in Portugal, extending its four lines of activity to the country and thereby strengthening its project there, where it had previously operated. In Portugal, it now has offices in Lisbon and the Algarve.
The third is digital transformation and efficiency, focusing on optimizing large-scale developments and asset portfolios.
The company aims to leverage data by applying a structured methodology for analyzing residential portfolios, valuing assets, and implementing marketing strategies. This approach is designed to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes.
The four lines of activity of DOMUS RS
DOMUS RS has established itself as a benchmark player in the segments in which it operates after 12 years of activity. Its project is based on four business lines: Residential, Capital Markets, Asset Management and Consultancy.
In residential, DOMUS RS specialises in new builds and manages each project comprehensively, from its definition and programme of requirements, to launch strategy, media and marketing plans. It also markets granular, second-hand housing, with a focus on optimising the sale of each asset.
Through its Capital Markets area, they advise clients on maximising the profitability of their investments in real estate assets such as land, offices and residential developments, among others.
Its Asset Management line focuses on offering solutions adapted to each real estate asset in order to maximise its value, through the analysis, design and execution of business plans for each one, seeking the best profitability for its clients.
And finally, Consultancy is transversal to the above and fundamental for DOMUS RS. It carries out segmentation and analysis of residential portfolios, portfolio valuation and implementation of marketing strategies for these assets.
The company has a wide capillarity throughout Spain, with its own offices in Andalusia, Asturias, Madrid, Catalonia, Valencia, Galicia, the Basque Country and Cantabria, and stable activity in all autonomous regions taking into account at least some of its business lines. Its team has more than 85 professionals on staff -80% of whom are women-, in addition to a network of more than 200 collaborators who also participate in different projects.
