Domus Residential Services, an important investment boutique, announces an event focused on investors from its Capital Markets area. The event, which will take place in the city of Valencia on June 12, is focused on private investors.
The Capital Markets department sees it as ideal to take advantage of a moment in which the market, they quote,”is boiling over” with new opportunities appearing practically every week.
In this sense, the department’s management comments,”We are in a good moment to be able to carry out important transactions, both in land and in WIPs (buildings under construction) ”.
An area whose objective is customization: ”each customer is unique”.
Juan Miguel Alonso Carbonell, born in Alicante and with more than 15 years of experience in the analysis of investment opportunities, corporate law and real estate law, heads the Capital Markets department.
Alonso considers that”the Region is going through a sweet moment at all levels. We believe that things are being done very well at all levels, this makes the Spanish Levante a strategic point to diversify the investment portfolio, generating with them, high returns”.

Although historically Domus RS has closed singular transactions in provincial capitals, in recent times it is experiencing a great demand for investment in secondary towns, where the profitability of the investments is being really attractive. This is the case of towns such as Almoradí, Alcoy, Jávea or La Nucía.
