The department, backed by a successful annual balance of more than 90 million euros in 2023, has confirmed its good start to 2024 and closes the first quarter of the year with optimism.

The success of Capital Markets is not only due to its highly qualified team, but also to the company’s position, which has already exceeded 95 residential projects and 1.8 billion euros under management. After starting 2024 with excellent figures, Domus RS is now standing out with this significant transformation in the structure of its management team and the Capital Markets area.
This department, which already has its replica in Portugal, has been advising its clients for more than two years so that they can achieve maximum profitability in their real estate investments in all areas. In terms of the type of assets managed in this area, Land, Hotels, Offices, Residential, Retail, among others.
The CAPITAL MARKETS team forecasts an increase in transactions of almost 30% over the previous year.
