- Domus RS is committed to the NPL business and transaction, with the incorporation of a team led by Evencio Cortina, an expert in the asset and credit management market with more than 20 years of experience.
After closing 2023 with an excellent balance in terms of turnover, contracting and volume of projects, Domus RS starts the year announcing, in addition to a transformation and promotion of internal teams, the recruitment of talent from other firms. The incorporation of Evencio Cortina as new managing director for marketing and management of NPLs is a reinforcement and a commitment to a growing market where experience, knowledge and track record are essential.
Until joining Domus RS, Evencio has more than two decades of professional experience in the asset and credit management market and has held different roles in the management of companies of national and international relevance. Evencio has been developing his activity as managing partner of Crossroads Asset Management, a company dedicated to consulting for institutional investors, servicers and financial institutions. Previously, he was Director of Asset Management and previously Head of the Spanish Office of Victoria Asset Management Spain, an Asset Manager 100% owned by Oaktree Capital Management. As well as Director of Corporate Loans in Hipoges Iberia, being the person responsible for the establishment and development of this department in Hipoges. And previously a partner in the Madrid office of Crowe & Horwath, Tax & Legal.
The incorporation of talent of recognized prestige in the sector is part of the DNA of Domus RS from its foundations.
