Finally, and after a successful process, the iconic hotel has been sold to a company that will be in charge of completing the project.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The operation was carried out thanks to the<strong>  Capital Markets team  <\/strong>of Domus RS, an action led by the Domus RS team.<strong> Juan Miguel Alonso Carbonell<\/strong>Associated director of Domus Residential Services, who has recently stated that &#8216;<em>it is one of the most unique assets that exist in the province of Alicante&#8221;.<\/em>. In addition, according to the manager, it is<em>&#8221;also one of the most complex to manage&#8221;<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>A success managed by the Capital Markets area of Domus RS<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p>Although for the Capital Markets department of Domus RS the sale of this asset was one of the priorities since it started managing the perimeter, <strong>&#8221;.<\/strong>&#8230;<strong>\n  <em>the physiognomy and complexity<\/em>\n<\/strong><em> and complexity of the asset meant that marketing it would not be easy. <\/em><strong>\n  <em>would not be at all simple&#8221;, says Carbonell.<\/em>\n<\/strong><em>says <\/em>Carbonell.  <\/p>\n\n<p>However, the successful sale of the hotel is not only good news for the well-known beach in the city of Alicante, but,  <strong>its forthcoming refurbishment and adaptation  <\/strong>(to be carried out by the new owners), will become an obvious improvement for the other establishments and businesses in the Albufereta area.<s> <\/s> <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"682\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/domusrs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-682x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5991\" srcset=\"https:\/\/domusrs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-682x1024.jpeg 682w, https:\/\/domusrs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-200x300.jpeg 200w, https:\/\/domusrs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-768x1152.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/domusrs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image.jpeg 835w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 682px) 100vw, 682px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Above, Juan Miguel Alonso Carbonell, Associated director of Domus RS and responsible for the successful transaction.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The company is having a &#8221;sweet&#8221; year with more than 1.8 billion euros in residential business under management<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>SAREB<\/strong> project is, according to the company&#8217;s Capital Markets team, a challenge for the performance of Hipoges, and therefore for Domus RS, which expects to close the year with a turnover of approximately <strong>15 million euros<\/strong> in this area.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The reasons behind this type of action are, on the one hand, the <strong>extensive professional experience <\/strong>in<strong> asset<\/strong> management and, on the other hand, the <strong>extensive knowledge of the market<\/strong>. With respect to the latter, Juan Miguel Alonso Carbonell adds <em>&#8221;this allows us to have an effective vision, both in prime and decentralized areas<\/em>.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The marketing company, in which Hipoges has a stake, currently provides the residential commercial sector with four main services: Residential, Asset Management, all processes related to <strong>Consulting and Research<\/strong>, and <strong>Capital Markets<\/strong>. In particular, the latter handles the <strong>sale and purchase of real estate, debt and financing, <\/strong> <strong>debt and equity solutions <\/strong>and, lastly, the so-called<strong> <\/strong><strong><em>Sell side &amp; Buy side.  <\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p>Domus RS <strong>began 2023<\/strong> <strong>by tripling its turnover<\/strong>, with more than 70 new developments underway and 1.3 billion euros under management thanks to its asset portfolio and volume of projects.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Today, with more than 90 real estate projects underway and accumulating more than 1.8 billion euros under management, <strong>the company plans to increase its size<\/strong> with an injection of an additional 1 billion euros in assets under management.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Above, view of the Albufereta hotel in the province of Alicante, an asset recently marketed by Hipoges through Domus RS.
